Director of Student Ministry and Outreach

First United Presbyterian Church of LeRoy is seeking a Director of Student Ministry and Outreach to lead and grow our ministry with children and to strengthen our outreach to families and the community. This full-time position focuses equally on developing engaging, Christ-centered programs for youth and children and building connections that invite new families into the life of the church.

The ideal candidate is a joyful, creative, and organized leader with a passion for helping children grow in their faith. The Director will guide Sunday School and children’s programming, equip volunteers, and coordinate family-friendly outreach events that reflect Christ’s love in our community.

A background in Christian education, child development, or ministry leadership is preferred. Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, Presbyterian Church (USA) beliefs and practices.
