- Delivers educational and reflective sermons, by preaching with us and for us

Areas of ministry we expect the person called to be responsible for:

- Providing an enriching, encouraging, and reassuring worship service rooted in scripture each Sunday and special Christian holidays
- Officiating special occasions in the lives of the congregations such as confirmations, weddings, baptisms, and funerals
- Being responsible for the congregation's continued spiritual growth through guidance, education, and counseling
- Coordinating the work of the Administrative Assistant, the Director and Assistant Directors of Music, and the Custodian (all part time employees)
- Working alongside our active Deacon team to provide pastoral care
- Offering additional comfort to those who are homebound, hospitalized, or in crisis
- Moderating meetings of the Session and encouraging the standing committees to do their work
- Coordinating meetings of the worship team
