Position Details:

The Interim Pastor will work with the congregation to discern our future vision as we prepare to search for a new Pastor. This role calls for someone who can guide committees with organizational agility while making members feel welcome and involved. We seek a thoughtful leader and active listener whose leadership style fosters deep trust through respect for and collaboration with staff and volunteers.

The Interim Pastor will also be Head of Staff, supervising, supporting and encouraging development of Associate Pastor (search in progress), Director of Children & Family Ministries, Director of Music Ministries & Choirs, Staff Musician, Church Administrator, Financial Administrator, Membership Database Administrator, Webmaster/Social Media Manager, and Director of Kids’ Academy.

Our Interim Pastor will work with the other staff and committees to plan and lead inspirational weekly worship services for all ages. At this person’s core is a strong personal faith that is shared from the pulpit, providing both comfort and challenge as they lead others through their faith journeys, and continue to grow in faith themselves.
